How long did your factory tires last?

Hey guys,

Just curious how long your factory Bridgestone tires lasted. I know there is many factors such as how you drive, where you live, etc. So please list everything if you can, and also how worn they are...

I have 18,500 miles and still on the stocks, live in Florida, and drive pretty average...Rears looks like they are down to the wear bars in some spots, but the fronts still have some meat on them.

Thanks!

What did you replace them with, and how long have they lasted?

I got 23k out of the first set on my 04 G35. I think they were goodyear, though.

Got 30k out of the Yokohama S Drives I switched to, though. Performance tires wear out quick, whataya gonna do?

Only 4500 miles on the new ride...

Have 18,000 on mine, but they are 17" Gooyear Eagle RS-A's. Based on the treadwear indicator creeping up, I'll replace them at about 22-24K. I drive moderately, rears do spin on occasion.

Had 050s on our 07 and were done about 19k. Drive fairly hard but not constantly on dry roads that are typically in poor condition. Love the grip on the 050s. I replaced them w/ BFG GForce KWD and they were pretty grippy for an A/S tire.

Had Goodyear RS-A (Really Sh*tty Anywhere) on the 09 and HAD to replace them at 1k miles (because I hated them), just an atrocious tire selection for a 326hp car, made for 4cyl Accords. Replaced w/ Dunlop Sport Signature (on 20" rims)
much better grip and handling than the RSAs.

About 2 months before they were replaced with 20" Vossens and Hankooks. They are still on the stockies and will use them as backups. I don't personally care for the B'stones.

I got 5700 miles out of my stocks... you can imagine how I drive, and no no drifting. Replaced em with Potenza RE760 Sport SE. Love these tires have used them on all my cars since they came out. Great handling especially in Wet and last alot longer.

My RE050's lasted till around 24K miles. I replaced them with the RE760 Sport. Personally, I don't like the RE760's compared to the RE050. The RE760 tends to break loose too quick. Overall, its a decent tire if your not hammering the gas and you can get some more life out of it. Plus the RE760 is quiter than the RE050. I'm gonna go back to the RE050 when I'm due for tires again simply for the fact that I found the RE050 completely outperforms the RE760 in the handling department. Just my opionion though as I do see a lot of people do favor the RE760.
