2011 Limited Edition Sedan (or vert) wheels.....painted or polished?
Any idea if the anniversary wheels for 2011 models are painted or polished?
They dont look like the normal whitish/gray color, so Im not sure if they are just a different paint color (hyper silver? or something like that) or if they are actually polished and then clearcoated.
The wheels in question are the first accessory on this page:
2011 Infiniti G25, G37 Sedan | Accessories | Infiniti USA
Im not sure I can link to ebay, but if you search for "g37 anniversary edition wheels" you'll get 2 hits with larger pics of the wheels Im talking about.
Thanks in advance.

But what is the finish? Painted?
I pulled one off the car and I think they are painted
Something I wasn't expecting is that they are made by rays....wonder if they are forged? That'd be interesting

I didnt think any version of the coupe came with them, Infiniti touts them as exclusive to the limited edition models, or you can purchase them as a genuine accessory.
Im not particularly in love with the wheels, but I at least have to take care of them for now.....started coating them in Gtechniq Wheel Armor last night.

Really?
Did not know that. I just figured they were a dealer installed option, but I guess it makes sense for the factory to put them on instead.
I personally am not in love with them, but at least it makes the car kinda unique.
