Get all of the studs replaced by a local shop. It's relatively inexpensive, so don't stress it

The studs are what the wheels go onto and then the lug nut fastens onto. What you screwed up on. You can take it to any mechanic and they should be able to replace them pretty quickly and for around $100-$200.
You probably have a friend who is handy and could do it for you pretty quickly. If you go to the dealer and have them do it it will be double-triple that cost.

He means to take it to any mechanic to have them replace the damaged factory studs that were originally on the car. These are the long studs that hold your wheels and where your lug nuts get screwed into.

Hope that helps.

*breftayka beat me to it.

I think Mike meant all of the damaged ones. If only four are bad get the four replaced. I'm not saying do it forever, but you can ride around with four lug nuts with no problem. I would get it replaced when you can though.
It's really easy to do this yourself by beating out the damaged stud with a hammer.

Nevermind...

I called a 24 hour AC Delco body shop nearby and they said the part would have to be ordered...but if its ordered before 7PM it can be aquired the same day. I will call them tomorrow and just go there when I get out of work at 5 PM....they said it would cost 50$-74$ dollars a wheel

I learned my lesson!

You can pick up the stud anywhere man. Go to Autozone/O Reillys/Advance and get 4 studs and then take them to somewhere else. The parts will only be about $5 each.

i guess im the only one with the locks that your asking about. You can't put a socket/hammer to take these off. because the magnetic lock on the outside has a spring on the inside so it will just bounce back and it'll spin all day until the magnetic lock is opened. Then they have proprietary locks underneath the magnetic one.

That lock is not like the "infiniti oem locks" that every shop has a key to. Im glad i bought these, expensive yes but im happy with them. And i have a full set of formula locks so if they got these 4 off they'd still need another 16 sockets and a long time hammering to get my wheels

I called the shop and asked them if I came in with the studs how much would it be and they said it would be around the same 50-75$ they have to see how difficult this job is going to be to determine a final price....I called two more body shops and they told me the exact same price so I am just going to leave work early today and get it fixed.

Don't stress it. Its not so urgent that you gotta leave work and overpay. Find a shop you like that will do it at a price you are comfortabel paying. 4 lugs should hold for a little while. The first time I broke a stud was on my 1988 Chevy camaro when trying to change break pads on my own. Indeed that taught me a valuable lesson. if you can't even take a wheel off, don't try to do anything more complex... LOL Many many moons ago
