It all depends on the look you want.

https://www.myg37.com/forums/private...en-cv-1-a.html tanabe coilovers here is my drop
its +25 offset all around so I can't really push a lot more than 275. I am pushing 265 with +25 offset on my cv-1 with a 10.5 wheel but with neg camber.

Well, you have the adjustability of coilovers, so there's some room to play... But, it all comes down to personal preference. Some guys like the beefy/wide rear tire look, some like the stretched/slammed/HellaFlush look. I'm running a very similar set-up currently (I'm just a bit more aggressive). My current tire sizes are 275/35/19, 255/40/19. I am going to be swapping them out for something a little smaller in a couple months.
265/35/19 & 245/40/19
Everything taken into consideration (my desired stance, tire stretch, sidewall height, peace-of-mind, practicality...), that is my preference/what I would do. In the end, it's what you want...
I wish you luck...

Are you more slammed than i am? I can always adjust so I believe I have wiggle room. I will prob go with the 245/40/19 275/35/19

Honestly, I think you will be very happy with those sizes you listed.

Right now I am not more slammed than you are... I would like to go a tiny bit lower than I am currently, but I can't because of the tire width. I would rub. However, my wheels are .5" wider than yours and my offsets are a bit more aggressive, as well.

245/40/19 275/35/19 these? I am a bit skeptical to go 40 in the front but then again i am going from 20" to 19"

If you go a little wider, you can drop down to a 35 aspect ratio. However, you might have to do that in the rear, as well. Meaning, for instance, if you go 255/35 in the front - your sidewall gets a little smaller, but then you'll also probably want to go down in the rear to a 30 series sidewall.
Your car is pretty low. Member, TomieG, is slammed on 19's. I believe he is rolling on 235/35/19 and 255/35/19. Pretty stretched.
I don't know if I'm helping you or confusing you...
