Lulz. I actually think he might keep the cv3's for a second set while switching back and fourth with the upcoming new cv series.

Glad your happy man, car looks good with the CV1s. So how do you like your choice of offsets and tires? Is it something you are happy with or expected different? Lmk your feedback is important to us.

Got them mounted yesterday + dropped so I think it might still settle a bit more with swift.

I'm very happy with the tire size/offset. With the swift drop after a day I can't even stick 1 finger in between the fender and tire. Didn't have any rubbing issues yet without any modification. Ride is awesome... I'm a non-sport with Hotchkis sways and the ride quality did not get affected after swift + much fatter/bigger tires/rims. Stocks were like 225 all round 18inch. The ride with swift makes handling and cornering much better, with no difference that I could tell making the ride harsher.

Overall I'm super happy. It's very flush both from fender to tire and from side profile =D. Now I just need IPL/aero bumper/side and it will be sick... I will prob wait for a year or two before that upgrade =D

I think I could have 5mm+ spacer on the rear and space out the front a tiny bit if you really wanted to push the limits. But I'm quite happy with the way its at now so I'm going to leave it.

hey!! thanks again for all your advice.

One thing though, when I got my wheels mounted to the car the rear left tire was only at 22PSI and I drove it back home from the shop which is about 25minutes, in the cool rain(50F) going about 45mph.

Do you think there will be any damage to the tire since the PSI was so low? I read that running low PSI can cause overheating and major internal damage I quickly filled it up to the write PSI.. shop didn't check.. before giving me the car..

I'm looking at picking up some CV3's, all the new stuff looks great but an OB G coupe with graphite matte finish still looks so dirty. I pulled these tire sizes and offsets from a previous post by Diego:

Tell them you want this.

CV3 20x9.0 and 20x10.5

Offsets at 32/45

Tires run 245/35/20 and 285/30/20

Anyone have pics with these sizes... Just want to make sure I'm happy with my new set up.
Forgot to mention I'm dropped on H&R's

Hey Diego,

Can you take a look at these pics below, they are of my rear fenders. Is the felt liner suppose to be hanging like that or did they come out? When I touch them they move... and feel like they are hanging... I think when I went over a bump today it rubbed as well and it seems quite close to the wheel and would touch with enough of a bump/spring compression. Both rears sides are the same. If it's out of place is it easy to put it back?

Thats how all of ours sits, what i did was used double sided tape and pushed it up out of the way for clearance. If it bothers you push it up or trim it but it is normal for it to sit that way.
