Man, I've read through every page of this thread, and NO ONE has mentioned traction issues on stretched tires.
My setup:
CV1's Offset +20 and +25
235/30/20 Front and 255/30/20 Rear
It looks awesome, but that's where it stops. I can't get traction from a dead stop even with a 3k RPM clutch drop and half throttle. I get wheel hop and wheel spin, and it'll only start moving when I get hit 2nd gear. I can't stand it. If I rev match and hit 3rd gear on the open road at speed, it'll easily break traction! NOT GOOD, lol
So, to remedy the problem, 285/30/20's are going in the rear this week. I'll see how it looks with the 235/30s up front and make my decision whether to go with a 245/35 up front. I just really hate the traction issues I've had over the past year. I'm fine once I get rolling, but from a stop, and I wanna have some fun, I get nothing but wheel spin. Alignment fixed it a little bit, but there's still a lot of traction issues.

what brand of tires are you going with for the 285/30s? I'm thinking about 275/30 on an eibach drop, but if it looks better and doesn't rub i'd prefer to go 285/30

What tires are you running? You on 255's with no traction issues with stretch??? About the Eibachs, 255's on eibachs look okay, but could use a larger tire to fill the gap. Another reason why I'm putting on 285s.

I'm going with the Hankooks again. They're quiet and have decent performance, especially for the $. I don't think there's a better tire for the $. The Bridgestone 760's come close, and have a stiffer sidewall, but are noisy as all hell.

This is making me second guess my traction issues. I don't know what else it could be besides the fact that it's stretched.
1. Alignment was done
2. Camber is in spec.
3. Dropped on Eibach Pro Kit
Any other culprits? Bad tires perhaps? What gives...

incorrect tire pressure?
