Good eye blnewt, the setup was originally front 25.75" and rear: 26.25" but to fit the front tires I had to go up to 26.5" in the front . So I'll probably raise the rear until it's time to switch tires and I run a more narrow tire in the front and drop it.Right now Im at 245/35/20 & 275/30/20.

Just installed a set of Vossen Gloss Graphite 20" CVTs.
20x9 +32, 20x10.5 +45 on Hankook V12s with 245/35/20 and 275/30/20.

Just to let you know these are the coupes 18 inch wheels. If you take a look at the tire side there is a series of number like this XXX/XX/XX. The last one will tell you the rim diameter.

This is where someone needs to compile some suspension parameters so wheel frequency can be calculated. I have to wonder how the two ends ride? And how the two sets of dampers work together? I'm not poo-pooing your result, but after living in the Miata world a few years these questions now haunt me.
FatCat Motorsports created a spreadsheet that let you determine wheel frequency using spring rate as a variable for Miatas. It even included the effects of sway bars. Very informative and useful. Since the wheel rates and spring rates are rather different on the G, it's difficult for me to assess ride effect of stiffer springs on the various coil-over offerings. This exercise on FWD w/ MacPherson strut cars is quite easy as the two are almost the same.

Picked up a set of CV2 20x9+20 front and 20x10.5+25 rear and put Nitto 555's in 245/35 275/30 on them.
I'll be lowering it next and thinking Eibach springs. Can I go lower than that with my tire setup without running into rubbing issues or would it be safest to stick with Eibach?
Also, I seem to be noticing a slight knocking-like noise and shimmy with these wheels on at lower speeds and when slowing down. Can't pinpoint which corner and can only tell with the windows up, seems normal with windows rolled down. Could it be from not having hubcentric rings? Any tricks to getting them seated perfectly on the hub? Also what is the centerbore of the cv2, I assume the usual 73-66.1 hub rings are what I need?
On to the pics..

Almost time to swap the wheels out for Winter, and an opportunity for one last photo shoot before it gets nasty again.
Two years now with VOSSEN 19" CVT. Still loving these rims. Very elegant, very unique. They look almost like they belong on the car as a high-end OEM option.
