Yokohama AVID ENVigor (W), who has used these?
These are an all season tire, and since i live in a winter climate im looking into a all year solution over the stocks (though i think they are decent). I dont want to invest in a new set or rims and tires, id much rather just buy a real good set of all seasons.
I do understand that all seasons will never be as good as a true winter or summer tire, but i figure i can get somewhat close. Anyone has anyone used these? Tirerack has good reviews on them

Not a bad price either

I bought mine when I purchased the car. I had to take the summers off since my wife got the car for Xmas. I live in Va mild winters clear streets most of the time. I drove last night in about an inch of snow sleet rain, zero problems with grip. I have two sandbags in the trunk since I'm also new to the G Coupe. I would recommend as an A/S. I also sped up and started breaking, no problems at all.
As I came from a no snow climate, I don't like driving in any snowy conditions.

08 G37S coupe Richmond VA. Just got them on the 3,000 miles ago but i can tell you they are amazing. Got a few more miles left on the two in the front..th expensive, loud, quickly wearing crap bridgestones.Heres a fun statistic for the Yokohama Envigors-For rears(245 40 R19).Out of all the tires on tirerack they cost $80 less than the average tire of that size, $96 dollars less than the OEM Bridgestones, and have 4 times the treadwear rating of the OEM bridgestone. Not too many ways you can argue against that(oh and for VA i dont mind that it is an all season tire...performs equally as well as a performance tire for me).

Think the biggest diff is in the snow/ice traction. Better out of the Conti, otherwise quite similar performing to the Conti. I don't think there has been a lot of people who have used both due to the similar launch dates. Majority of people who have used the Yoko has been because the Conti's been on b/o so long, but the ones who have bought them were not disappointed.

I just ordered a set of these from Neal, and they arrived at my house just days after. Ordering via Neal at Tirerack was a breeze. Fast, friendly, to the point.
My brief review below is only at about 200 miles, so barely broken in. And they are the staggered 19in size, replacing my OEM Bridgestone Potenza RE050A.
I am overall impressed with these tires so far, they mounted and balanced well. No vibration at any speed and no swaying in lanes. Handles with a more luxury, comfort ride compared to our stock BS Potenzas on the 19-in sport wheels. I think there is enough cornering and handling capability on these to still have fun spirited driving, but the enthusiasts coming from the 19-inch BS Potenza summer tires may be disappointed in not feeling the car hug the road as much anymore. For me being an economical customer and in wintry Michigan - it was well worth sacrificing a little bit of sport handling in the summer, to be able to gain light snow/ice, better wet traction, cheaper price ($800/set vs $1122/set for BS Potenza RE050A), and much better treadwear rating. I only got 24k miles before my OEMs went bald, and hope to get 35-40k out of these with the 560 treadwear rating.
Overall, I am happy with my purchase, especially since my car will be able to handle some light snow and ice now. Someone less price-sensitive and in a non-winter state may want to stick with summer tires to not sacrifice any handling.
Overall I rate these tires 8.5/10. Only thing missing from them is the scalpel-like handling and steering response my OEM BS Potenzas comparitively had when they were new. Other than that everything is a plus with these.
