I got the Pilot Sport A/S Plus (front-245/40 rear-275/35) for the longer tire life, rains frequently in East Texas, and freezing and below and near freezing temps in the winter. Subjectively, I like them better for the comfort and less noise. Down side is they were expensive but my G is worth it.

Does anybody have pics of the 245/275 combo on the stock 19's?

Also, I'm trying to decide between the Nitto INVOS and Hankook V12's. Any thoughts?

I have the Nitto Invos (Stock sizes). These were on my 08 G37S when I purchased it earlier this year. I don't know how many miles are on the tires but the car had 19K when I bought it. The Invos ride really nice and are very quiet. They also perform well in the rain. However, if you are looking for a performance tire then I would not recommend them as the turn in is not very sharp and they break loose quickly without any warning. I will be replacing them when they wear out, most likely with a set of PS2s as I have a 5 mile commute and value performance over ride/noise. If your first priority is ride/noise along with a reasonable price then I would recommend the Invos.

Pharmade, where are you located in East Texas? I grew up in Greenville.

I decided to go with the hankooks (heard good things) in the 245/40 and 275/35 combo. They should be mounted friday so I will post pics and give initial impressions.

I am interested to hear your your impression on handling with this alternate size setup. It opens up the options for true performance tires as there are not many choices in OEM size. I am making mods this winter for HP and plan to start my handling mods in the spring or summer.

Hey guys, Discount tire recommended that I use the rebuild kits for my TPMS sensors when replacing my tires. Is this necessary or are they trying to make money off me?

245/40

275/35

The tires give the g37 a more aggressive stance. I will try to get pics of the backend up soon. My initial impressions is I definitely feel more glued to the road and a little more confident when turning. The funny thing is though, I might be putting these up for sale soon because I could be buying aftermarket wheels so they will be of no use to me. Definitely like the meaty look though!
