Well that's just the thing, if the roads are your concern, the last thing you want is stretched tires. For the masses we run the standard higher offsets with a 245/35 and 285/30 tires. That whole stretched tire thing is not for everyone don't let the few forum members doing it allow you to think it's the norm.

I'd suggest you do what you think you can handle keeping in mind replacement wheels and tires are not cheap. If you want to talk about it more in detail before you make your choice, give me a call 877-361-0296 ext 6.

^^ Yep stretched is for flat nice smooth roads. Even down here in Miami Florida I could see stretched wheels getting fcked up if your not really careful. Especially if you drive like me.

Yep! You just have to be more careful that's all. The rim sticks outside of the tire bead which is there to protect the rims edge. For instance, I have seen man hole steel covers that stick out of the ground about 1-2 inches. If you where hanging a corner and ran over that you'd fck up your rim easy. Also if you ever curb it... lets just say game over.. you'll have to buy new rims. There are no rim repair shops anywhere in this world that will fix it back to new. I went to one here in Miami to repair a rim that had a scratch on the spoke. They told me they would fix it by re-machining the face since it was scratched to the metal. Well they fcked it up and machined it uneven and left clear coat runs all over the place. I had some very harsh threatening words with the owner. I tossed it in the trash can and left before I went to jail for beating the owners a$$!
