Can an Enkei 17x8.5 PF01 fit on a G37S?

The calipers and disks on the G are big but it looks like it just might fit. The PF01 easily fits to the spokes, but the inner diameter is an other issue.

I'd go with the 18" but the 17" are cheaper and the NITTO NT01's are much cheaper in 17's. If anyone has done this I'd love to know.

Thanks in advance...

Doubt it. I have yet to see a set of 17s that clear the akebonos or anyone running 17s with akebonos.

Even if they did....why? That will look silly. Are they winter wheels or something?

Sometimes cheap just looks cheap, but if that is what your going for... more power to you.

They are for the track as the NT01s are track tires. Saving $200 per tire set and about $100 on the wheels is pretty appealing. Plus the lighter unsprung weight on the track is another benefit.

i think you're stuck with 18s as the smallest wheel diameter. ive yet to see anyone with 17s and the akebonos.

Custom is the only way you can do 17s, by asking the manufacturer to place an indent on the inner barrel to clear the calipers.

Thanks all,

Custom sound more $$$ than an $200 every year for tires. I know the PF01 are not forged so I wouldn't want them to mill anything off the casting making them weaker.

I didn't see a number on the Enkei site, but just now looked on there Japan site and it had one for the US. I'll call them and see what they say.

^ I don't think Enkei will do a one-off custom. I was referring to custom-wheel shops to actually have something like this done. It will set you back a pretty penny though.
