tires are very worn so they a little bit loud...the ride is stiffer, not like a tank though...more like you're in tune with the road...you can feel bumps but it doesn't feel like the bumps are causing issues...I steer clear of pot holes so I don't know what they feel like yet (thank god)
Sorry to ask so many questions, but it will help to get your post count up. I'm looking to get new rims and am trying to decide on size and offsets. I have the 18" rims with 225/50's +45 on the X and they feel a little jiggly. I want to get a firmer, crisper steering response but don't want the ride to be too harsh. I was gioing to get 245/45 18's but was also considering 245/40 19's. I was worried that the reduced sidewall of the 19's would be too harsh. Also, regarding the offset of your front rims, do you think that they are pushed out to the maximum without sticking out too much(or lowering) or can they go out further?

the ride isn't harsh...it's firm...if it had a harsh ride, I would pull them off immediately

the fronts are right on the edge...perfect really...looks like they could handle a 1" drop...I will look at it after work to give a more accurate answer about how they sit in relation to the front fender well...in sharp turns/u-turns, there is no rubbing

You need a drop to fix the rears. The tire sizes are good all you need is the drop.

is there a "right" size tire that's supposed to be on the rear wheels? I have never been into the stretched look and didn't know these were considered stretched
