Can you take out wheel caps without taking off the tires?

Can you take out wheel caps without taking off the tires?

I have Vossen CV1.
And i want to take out one wheel cap in the rear.
is there anyway i can do that without taking off the wheels from the car?
like i dont want to lift car and take off the wheels.

There's really no way to do it unless you wanna take the risk of damaging your wheels by using something to pick at it.
How come you don't wanna Jack up your car and remove the wheel?

b/c it costed me 250 to index the tire, computer balanced it, on car high speed balanced it, in order to get rid of vibration over 60.
They told me not to take of the wheels.

is it gonna be okay, if i take out and put exactly back in the same holes?

Balance should not be affected by removing the wheel.

You will be fine... just make sure you torque the wheels right. Cause that can cause some vibration or what not if wheels are mis-torqued.

how do i torque it down with just using emergency lifting kit in the trunk?
just do it hardest i can to all lugs till the lugs don't turn?

U need a torque wrench to torque to 85lb. You won't be able to accurately tighten the lugs w/o a torque wrench.

just take it to a shop and pay them to do it.
