dang you dropped the tires big time...personally I would do it just b/c it'd make me feel better. But I think you would be ok not doing it, if you see any unusual tire wear you can always go back and get it done then.
If you're not changing your suspension setup, you don't need a new alignment.
But the diameter of tires are different now, very slightly tho.. like at most 10mms front and back.. so Don't do it and save money?

Changing the diameter of the tire doesn't change the angle at which it contacts the ground, or the direction it rolls when you go forward/backward.
Why do you need a high-speed balance? I regularly see triple digit speeds (legally) and I've never needed such a thing.

actually the diameter difference is 10mm in front (245 -> 235) and 20mm in the back (285 -> 265)
and just FYI if you are running a 265 on a 10.5" rear you are going to be STRETCHED like crazy
