I just paid $300 to get mine done in a gunmetal color. They will be going on my LP Sedan once the tires on my OEM 18s are done.

$300 for 4 wheels are crazy cheap. I was quoted $600.

You have to chemically strip powdercoating to repowdercoat another color. You can go over the top but it will not be anywhere near as durable IME. PC'ing, if done wrong, is as bad as a crappy paint job. It will chip and scratch. When done correctly, it is one of the most durable coatings available.

Damm, that looks good. I want to do the same to mine, as a "B" set up. I was just quoted 75.00 per at a local wheel and tire connection...

I have an IP coupe and was thinking about power coating the wheels gold or bronze. How do y'all think that would look, and has anyone done that before?

is it difficult to take the TPMS off? The reason I bring this older post on this because I just got a friend that will do it in his shop for $200 for all 4 wheels but I have to remove the tires myself. They will sandblast the original finish and repair any curve damage. My concern is the TMPS sensor, and If I do remove them do I have to reprogram them?
