G37 Rear Sway/Stabalizer bar.... upgrade to G37S Rear Sway/Stabalizer Bar

Has anyone Done this?

prior to this i owned an Accord coupe and i had done this with AMAZING results for a fraction of the aftermarket sway bar price...

In case the heading isn't clear, what I mean is replacing the rear sway bar on a base/journey g37 sedan with that of a g37S sway bar

Yes, the rear bars are interchangeable on all models, coupe or sedan.
Only differences are the bushing sizes.

I'd say wait and get the better aftermarket bar(s) when you've got the cash. From everything I've read & heard from those that have made the switch.....the Hotchkis frt/rr combo makes a huge difference & is only like $350 give or take for both. I've got an S and still feel it rolls too much and will be moving to the Hotchkis pack in the near future.

Also, why do one and not the other?....just the rear?

Hotchkis is absolutely the way to go. They are amazing. A huge improvement from even the S bars

I upgraded to the "S" rear bar and the difference was noticeable. Then upgraded to Energy Suspension bushings and experienced increased stiffness again. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade for only $15.

energy suspension bushings you say? i must try that... i'll google search for it later=D....

Reason being is that I was going to do the install myself, and i know for a fact that it is much more difficult to get the front in v. the back one.... and i've done rear only on my previous car and it was already to my satisfaction.

(anyone that owns a 2003-2007 accord can upgrade their rear sways to Acura TL-S ones for roughly 90$^^)
