Question Bad road conditions - 19's or 20's?

Guys, I drive my G37s in Russia where there roads are not always the best. Recently I got 4 wheels stolen off the car and in the market for the new wheels.

My options are the following but I have concerns and thought someone can advice me on this:

1. 19' stockers. Pros: price, I can get used ones with tires for $1300 on this forum. TMPS are included too. Cons: time for some cool aftermarket rims/tires?

2. 19' Vossens 083. Pros: smooth ride

3. 20' Vossens CV1. Pros: look. Cons: bumpy ride on bad roads.

I'm about to go with option 2 but have concerns. The vossens sellers are offering come with 245.40 and 275.35 tire sizes on 19' Vossens which is close to stock tire sizes on heights. I'm wondering if I go with 20' CV1 will the ride be more bulky compared to 19' Vossens? stockers?

Any advice you can get me is very much appreciated.

Don't forget about the price: You will get killed on tire prices for the 20's. I think you can get a great look of 19's with proper design and off-set.

IMO, 20's look best in our G's.. Question is, are they worth the sacrifices? Only you would know the answer to that.. Good Luck

What? Tire prices on 20 vs 19 are barely more expensive.

The most important question is, how are you going to prevent your new wheels from getting stolen again?

I'm getting even close to Vossens 19'... with 245.40 and 275.35 tire sizes. Do you know if I go with 20' CV1 will the ride be more bulky compared to 19' Vossens? Will 19' Vossens be more bulky compared to stockers.

Smooth ride is very important considering road conditions. I used to crash rims in the past.

20's look great but man the ride and higher potential for damage would steer me to 19's. I'd only consider 20's as a dd size if I didn't have far of a daily drive. No way I would run 20's for my 60 mile daily commute, but that's just me.

to just verify if you buy 19s the tires will cost more than 20s becuase its a rare size a lot more companies make tires for 20s than 19s.

i have the vossen vvs 82 in 20s i dont have any problems with the ride quality. and i get a great deal on tires from discount tire co. u just gotta look them up and they will beat comparison.

20's and the 20 inch tires are cheaper.
