275/35R19 - TireRack unsure about them

I just got off the phone with a rep from the TireRack and they weren't sure about the 275/35/R19 size for the rears. Said it was 3/10" shorter than stock, a better size would be 285/35/R19 - but that would require a wider rim?

Sounds like lots of people have switched from the stock sizes to go with a different tire brand -- what issues do you have?

Thanks

I have 275s no issues. In fact that was a recommended option at the time that I purchased them. I also have 245s on the front.

285s are too much.

275/35 are very common with no issues reported. Been rocking that setup for more than a year now

285s would be pushing it (lookwise) doable though.

Quite common for the G37. Rears wheels are 9" wide so the 275 will fit fine.
