Currently at 34K, think I'll get to 38K before changing. Mostly highway driving.

Holy crap how are some of you getting 30-40k miles out of the Bridgestone 19s? Y'all driving on rubber or something?

I am at about 20k miles on all 4 tires and I have about what looks like 3k on the rears and 5-6k on the fronts. I drive gentle to spirited and hard rarely, no track days.

I recently hydroplaned on the highway in heavy rain and the car slid a little bit but traction kicked in. So basically I want to squeeze another 3-5k miles out of these tires but I'm gonna avoid driving in heavy rain, and just be cautious in moderate rain.

I'm hoping to get more mileage and some traction in light snow on those new all-season Yokohama AVID ENVigor Tires. Needless to say I will have to sacrifice a little summer dry road handling.

Did you buy your car used? The OEM tires are definitely Bridgestone

I've got ~17K on mine right now and there is PLENTY of tread left

sounds like you are dropped and running negative camber outside spec range. normal for OEM, not at all. normal for a drop, it depends.

Yes we bought a 2008 in September 2009, it had 16k miles on it. It had Dunlops on it. Guess I'm confused because the warranty manual has sections for Bridgestone, Dunlop, Michelin, Good Year and Continental tires.

I just replace the Dunlops with Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Positions. Are those the OEM Bridgestones?

Not sure how normaly it'd be for stock, but I have a drop and mine are going bald on the inside as well. I should've gotten my alignment done earlier, I left it alone for a bit over a month and that really ate up the insides. I'm at 31.3K right now and my backs are fine, but my fronts are getting bad. I think I can squeeze another 3-4K out of them though, but I'll probably have new tires before then.

I love my G again. I'm not sure how I lived with the tire roar for so long.

I believe some G's had Dunlops as stock. I find it hard to believe that I bought a used 2008 G with 16k miles that had already been through a set of tires and now a potential second set (the Dunlops) were worn pretty good (2 out of the 4).

Most 2008 non-sports came with Dunlops.
