Bolt Patterns

I've never bought rims the G37 is my first car. I'm buying rims LExani LSS-5's and they give me an option fo three bolt patterns which I have no idea what they are talking about. These are the patterns 5x12 +15mm offset, 5x114.3 +40mm offset, or 5x112 +40mm offset. What does this mean and which one should I go for.

5x114.3 +40mm offset. Not sure about the offset though, may not clear the brakes. Looks like you don't know much about wheels yet, so make sure you do A LOT of researching before pulling the trigger.

The bolt pattern for our Infiniti's is always going to be 5X114.3 mm. That wont change, it's the spacing and arrangement of the wheels studs on the hub (5 wheels studs spaced 114.3 mm apart). Offset is completely different and has nothing to do with the bolt pattern at all. a +40 offset on a wheel means the mounting wheel face is 40 mm outside the center line of the wheel.
