Braking on highway
#5
Physically warped rotors are extremely unlikely. It is more probable that the cause is because of uneven pad deposits on the rotors resulting in increased runout. Trying the bedding-in procedure and if that does not make the problem go away, consider getting the rotors turned as a last resort.

Machining the rotors should be your last step, as it removes material, makes them more susceptible to brake judder in the future, and increases the likelihood that you'll have to replace the rotors when you need to replace the brake pads.
Ever take your car to a tunnel wash after it's been driven for awhile? Very hot rotors + cold water has been known to cause warping. So has overtorquing the lugnuts - was the car serviced lately?
The pad transfer idea, above, is a good one and can be addressed by following the bedding procedure.

had the same problem, they resurfaced and they look and perform like new again. Wasn't covered under warranty though, although I did overtorque some lugs and needed two screws replaced from being stripped.

Only reasons why someone would need slotted are:
-They are tracking their car 100% of the time.
-Their pads are likely to gas.-
-They are tracking their car in the rain.
-The bling factor.

Seriously, how much torque did you apply to manage to strip two lug nuts?
I usually use anywhere from 70-85ft.lbs of torque when I'm torquing down the lug nuts.

Sorry I haven't responded in such long time. I need to get my oil changed for that anyways so I'll just mention it to them. Hopefully they cover it under warranty or else i'm going to get pissed

The only items that come with a 12 month/12k miles warranty are replacement parts and accessories from infiniti excluding audio components.
Plus, the tsb released august, 2009 says 2007-2009 sedans are affected. So if you bought an 07 and found out about the tsb in 09, then you're s.o.l. if the coverage is 12 months. It would basically be infiniti telling you that they know something is defective in your car, but they won't pay to fix it.
