It looks easy but at the same time a bit confusing. What I get from the posts is that the Ichibas type II are a two piece design...so one must separate these two pieces and add the copper wire between the two? am I getting this right?

I installed the spacers tonight and since I could not find the 10g copper I decided to install the spacers wout them and see how it went. I couldn't be any happier with the setup...the 15mm front and 20mm rear is the perfect look for anyone running 245 F 275 R tires. I did a test drive and did notice some minor vibrations above 60 but nothing major...on the second test drive hours later the vibrations were not as noticeable...oh well. I recommend this setup to anyone looking to do spacers with stock wheels I'll take pics once the weather clears and time permits.

Cool. After reading the DIY I think I may opt for H&Rs when I get to it.

Here is a picture of the Ichiba Type II spacers 15MM front and 20MM rear. Keep in mind I am currently running 245 F and 275 R tires. The car definitely needs a drop to complete the look but enjoy for now!

Looks good. If you get a drop you will probably need to do some trimming and run some neg camber. I'm at -2 in the rear and still rub on big bumps. Its just on the fender liner though. I'm to lazy to trim it.

Looks good! Nice and flush! Could you get a picture from the side? Not completely perpendicular to the side of the car, maybe at a slight angle.

I have V2's and get vibrations between 70-80mph.
I started doing the DIY copper crush ring instructions but my hub rings don't slide out of the spacers... at all. I felt like I was going to pull the car off the jack stands or something.

Were other people able to get them off without removing and reinstalling the spacers?


Also... the Ichiba nuts provided with the spacers are pieces of garbage. It feels like they are made out of clay, they are super sh1tty and super soft. So be careful to have the socket snug on the lug before you do any turning, otherwised they are guaranteed to strip.
