I have always had wheels with a Chrome lip - who does Black compare for durability? do you find it gets stone chip etc?

This is my 3rd set of vossens with a black lip and they're extremely durable. No
chips, fading, etc.

i think it depends a lot on where you live as well. I'm in the northeast with horrible roads (lots of potholes which means lots of rocks) and my volk phantoms reflect that. the guys in florida and cali seem to have perfect condition wheels.
