I read on Car and Driver that current Nissan/Infiniti disables the acclerator when brakes are applied... But is not the case with my 6mt, prob don't have it becuase ppl who know how to drive a manual would just pop it into neutral and would sux for ppl that heel to toe...

My 09 G37S does NOT have this. I can ride the brakes and gas at the same time. The car does slow down but if I give it more gas than brake it will also speed up. So I would say that my car does not have a brake override.

I heel-and-toe shift my 2009 6MT. If there's brake override, it does not affect this.
According to this article, if it's implemented right it doesn't get in the way of most things:

Dull old CR to the rescue again. Why didn't any of the mainstream, commercial mags cover this?

I'm certain the G's have it, as my 350Z has it as well.
It won't affect heel/toe or rev matching, because the engine does not need to make any power when revving under no load.
However it does affect drifting (read the Inside Line "Drift Kings" article which highlights the issue on the 370Z) and it also affects doing burnouts for drag races as well as left foot braking for AutoX or track use.
CR is correct that it won't affect normal driving, and it won't affect typical enthusiast driving, but it definitely has some effect and it would be nice if there was some way to disable it. It's very likely that the VW/Mercedes implementation is different from the Nissan/Infiniti implementation, and it would be nice if the "real" car mags tested these aspects more thoroughly.
That said, I have not ever had an issue on my AutoX or track days, as I don't left foot brake. But the first time a 300Z owner who does left foot brake drove my car, he commented on the lack of power when he was balancing the car with the brake.
