f14 on sedan
This almost seems like a no-brainer....did a quick and dirty photo-chop to add Forgestar F14's to my sedan.

Love the titanium F14 on a black car. Looks good.

thanks guys...looked at so many wheels I can't remember them all. But keep coming back to these...look classy, sporty and not crazy radical...and yes particularly good on black. The main reason I don't like the stockers is that they are painted silver and don't match up with the other chrome accents. Not that these are chrome but they seem to blend aesthetically better to the other parts of the car.
They also seem well done in terms of quality reasonable price etc.
May pull the trigger soon....after I consider another 100 others...

i'm thinking 19's...yes I wouldn't mind a slight drop cuz the wheel gap is too big...just haven;t seen any info on good reliable even drop for AWD sedan.
regardless the wheel gap won't be any different 18 or 19 or 20...basically the same. Somehow I'm hoping that 19's or even possibly 20's...reduce the appearance of the gap...probably just kidding myself...

I haven't seen any examples here, but check out g35driver. I was some pics of G35Xs that had 19s lowered with eibach pro I believe. Funny thing is, I don't see any Eibachs for the 09 x sedan. They have them for the reg sedan which has a 1.5 in front and 1.2 in the rear drop. To me, that sounds perfect since I don't want to scrap anything going in and out of the driveway. I'm going to try to call them one of these day to see what they say.
I think it's a visual thing. Whenever you go up in wheel size, the gap "appears" larger for some reason.

yea...keep looking and let us know if you find anything. I'm up for it as long as its not too radical with tire rub and scraping and all that. Some of the drops I've seen on here look ridiculous...IMHO...the body should never overhang the tire...

Never had coilovers, but coilovers are the spring & shock absorber in one package. Whereas if you just bought lowering springs, you'd retain the stock shock absorber. Aftermarket coilovers allow for adjustment to ride height & dampening. Much better package for overall driving and convenience, but more $$ as well. Tein is pretty popular for coilovers.
