09 G37 Sedan non-stagger wheel suggestions
Hello MyG37.com members,
I bought a 09 G37 SEDAN for work. It is my first Nissan/Infiniti, and I am enjoying the 6MT. I am completely unfamiliar with wheels as I have never upgraded wheels on my other cars before.
I am looking to non-stagger set-up with fairly specific things I want. I welcome your suggestions, and please include all all technical measurements when you respond - demonstrative photos would be great as well.
What I am looking for:
- 18s because I like things light
- non-staggered so I can rotate diagonally
- no rub at all (it's a SoCal commuter car that sees bumps, dips, shoes and other funny things people leave on highways)
- deep dish wheels that do not extend beyond the fenders (it's a personal preference)
So... what's an ideal wheel-tire set-up for those who have experience doing so on sedans?
Vendors, please chime in. When you do, please also reference the specific wheel measurements (and photos say a billion words).
Looking to make the purchase when I feel well educated in this.
Danny

you can probably run 245/45/18's front and rear. I'd say look for a wheel that is 18x8.5 to keep the weight down versus a 18x9. You are limited to wheel choices because of the brake caliper of your 6mt but there are more rims out there with selections -- 38-40mm offset should be perfect
