Yes you can because I did it with my coupe before I traded for a new sedan. There's a fair amount of threads on here about that. Refer to the RE760 thread. Lots of discussion along with commentary from Neal@tirerack who sold me the set of tires.
Have to be a little careful with diameter if your car is AWD...when you do this the rear tires are stretched just a bit because they are going on a wider rim. Not sure how much that affects the overall diameter.
