how much should I pay for semi-Gloss black coated sport wheels?
I found these off my friend of a friend, he wants me to make an offer, they have no scratches or any curb rashes, theyre the 19" sport wheels, he said he paid $400.00 to powder coat them semi-gloss black. what should I offer guys? btw they dont have tires on them.
