Nitto Invo or Hankook V12

Before you flame I have been searching for days!

I am torn between these two tires.

I know there was the C&D review of them but I dont track my car.

I am looking for a good tire that is quiet, has good tread life, and will handle well with spirited street driving nothing more.

Anyone have these tires and would like to give some feedback?

x2 on the invos. As long as the tread life holds up, I would reccommend them highly..

I have heard really great things about the invos. I suggest looking into the Vredstrian tires though

I'm giving the V12s a try. They've been well reviewed and Hankook is offering a rebate on them.

I like my INVOs. Good handling and everything but I have worn them out really fast. They are only 7 months old (about 14,000 miles) and I will have to replace them soon.

Unhappy

If you dont mind what did everyone pay for their tires?

I can get them like this:

Hankook 245/40/19 and 275/35/19 from online tires for $768.95 shipped

and

Nitto Invo 245/40/19 and 275/35/19 from online tires for $866.59 shipped

add in $120 for mount and balance (discount tire wanted $172 wtf!)

I can get them at a local shop for $890 mounted and balanced for Hankook and $1060 for Nitto

are you guys running the plus size tires or stock? I can get the Nittos for $800 shipped.... arg I dont know what to do

I have the Nitto 555 and they are the worst crap I have ever used.

My favorite tires I have used thus far is the KDWs

My tires is v12 and it is 2nd set.
255X40X19,275X35X19
it is very good with all kind of condition-quiet,soft feel and most of all it has very very good grip
But you will not use them more than 15000miles
with track every 2monthsi only used them 10000miles

I have the Nitto Invos and love them. They are also really good in the rain which is a big plus. I am running 285/30/20 in back and 255/35/20 in front. I really like the tread pattern as well they look mean.

Here is a shot from behind.

I can't speak for the Invo's but I love my Hankook Ventus V12s; great treadwear, not noisy, and handle great.

Seems like from the reviews you could go either way and be happy, so get whatever is cheapest.

+1 more on the INVO's. So far so good, but then again I've only had them for about a week.
