Brake paddle noise/vibration

Does anyone feel click/tap noise/vibration from their Brake paddle?

I have a bad case of squeak noise coming from the left brake hardware? spring? struts? when coming to a stop, but the dealer is saying that its normal with all G37 sedan and wont fix it.

if you get a lot of vibrations when you apply your brakes, then it seems your rotors are warped. they should be able to take the rotors off and resurface them to take care of this.

Rotors do not warp. I keep saying this over and over.

@ the OP: Do you have the sport package?

I find the brakes give a tremendous amount of feed back on the G37S, even small road imperfections can be felt. Road feedback is a totally random vibration in the pedal on some roads whereas warped rotors (sorry Mike) produce a rhythmic pulse all the time.

Hi Guys,

I have about 5700 miles on the car.
The noise i hear is comes from the hardware itself. No brake problems. It kinda sound like car with shock problem. Squeak, squeak when you stop.

I also hear time to time click noise from the paddle area.

You didn't answer my question.

Do you have a sport package? If you do, the "clicking" you occasionally hear is brake knockback. It is unavoidable when you have monoblock calipers.

In that case, I don't know what to tell you.

Try another dealer. Remember, dealers WANT to do warranty work... they are paid for it. Better to do warranty work, than no work at all.

Brake Booster was going bad. Dealer replaced under the warranty.
