Buying Vossen from Hpauto-Long Thread

I didn't jump on him. I just don't see the point of the thread. A mistake was made, Andy owned up to it, he did what he could to compensate the buyer and the buyer still got his wheels.
There was no scamming or sneaky tricks going on. It isn't like he said he had it in stock KNOWING he didn't, just to get money, then intentionally stalled, didn't reply and lied about shipping said product like other vendors on here may have done. Cough.
OP was given an apology (twice now) and free 2 days shipping (expensive) on top of a great deal he already received and he still felt the need to create a thread and whine.
I bought a part for my microwave from SEARS, after I paid and everything, I get an email the following day saying the part is on back order (never mentioned before I gave them 300 dollars). 4 months later I finally get the part. Stuff happens and people make mistakes, you roll with it and move on.
If you were scammed or received defective items, it is one thing, but this was simply a lack of communication. It just seems like a p*ssy move to me to cry about having to wait an extra week or two for shipping and demand compensation. If the OP was so dissatisfied, he should have canceled his order with Andy and gone else where. It is like the people that go to Ruth Chris and complain about their steak being over cooked after they ate 80% of it and demand compensation.
