There was no scamming or sneaky tricks going on. It isn't like he said he had it in stock KNOWING he didn't, just to get money, then intentionally stalled, didn't reply and lied about shipping said product like other vendors on here may have done. Cough.

OP was given an apology (twice now) and free 2 days shipping (expensive) on top of a great deal he already received and he still felt the need to create a thread and whine.

I bought a part for my microwave from SEARS, after I paid and everything, I get an email the following day saying the part is on back order (never mentioned before I gave them 300 dollars). 4 months later I finally get the part. Stuff happens and people make mistakes, you roll with it and move on.

If you were scammed or received defective items, it is one thing, but this was simply a lack of communication. It just seems like a p*ssy move to me to cry about having to wait an extra week or two for shipping and demand compensation. If the OP was so dissatisfied, he should have canceled his order with Andy and gone else where. It is like the people that go to Ruth Chris and complain about their steak being over cooked after they ate 80% of it and demand compensation.
Utterance of GENIUS!!!!!!!

probably the dumbest analogy to my situation you can think of. and No not utterance of genius it just means you like to get tooled around when you purchase things. There was a problem with communication between vossen its dealer and middle man andy. If you are running a business you should know the problem and not have the customer find out all the information you should've known before hand with a simple phone call. Andy did apologize and gave free 2 days shipping you noted thats expensive. also note my product should've been here 3+ weeks ago so paying some money for shipping seems like the right ting to do. Its not a matter of making a p*ssy move, how is making a thread a p*ssy move? I am simply letting people know just to be weary when buying products I am receiving mine but whose to say i'd be recieveing it if i didnt make that call to vossen?
