^Now heat gun your fender along the line and stick a newspaper, magazine or pages of a phone book in between your fender and wheel. Then lower, raise, heat, repeat.

yeah itd pull your fender enough to be able to tuck the wheels, cuz it looks like your about to chew your fender on one small bump

Lol.. I got like a 3mm clearance from the wheel lip and fender.. so far no problemo

Yup, plenty of rice in my neighborhood. All these little Hondas/ Acuras have that crap; doll hanging.
