Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta

There seems to be quite a few members running these tires. I like they way they look are they cheaper than alot of other the big name brands?

How are they, quality and cost wise? and where are people buying these tires from?

Thanks.

Why wouldn't you buy them again? Please tell me before i get these tires. I'll switch them to the Falken 452.

well im sorry, guys lol

i shoulda put it like this...i had bubbles in two tires, never had bubbles in my life, feels like i had better dry traction with every set of tires i had besides these..lol..also dented wheels b/c they have smaller footprint then other name brands....they are not bad, but im jsut picky, id rather have some other tires, i despise the toyo t1r more then the vredestein lol...t1r is very noisey also

They are better than the stock tires for damn sure!

1) Grip way better than stock tires!..I can power through a fish tail no issues all the time! Very Very Predictable!
2) They don't have stretched look
3) Tire side beads over rim to protect edge
4) They are quieter than stock tires!
5) For the offset from 45/40 to 35/30 aspect ratio on tires they feel the same comfort as stock!
6) Less than half price of stock tires! - $650 for 275/245 20s

Now I have only had them a few weeks... and that is my opinion so far..but If they bubble up then I'll never buy them again..if they don't Ill buy for life!

I've had absolutely no problems with mine.

in fact, I personally like them MUCH MUCH more than the Falken FK-452's. the 452's were predictable when losing grip... but they lost grip far too often.

the V-red's maintain grip like a champ, plus wet weather driving is the tops.

Has anyone had these tires and the Yoko S-Drives? How would you compare the 2?

I ran the vredestein rubber bands for a couple of months and loved them! The 452's are not even close to being better. The 452s are loud as ****. The vredesteins could have better dry traction but by no means are they bad. They grip amazingly in the rain, and are quiet quiet quiet. I loved them while I had it. The only reason I switched is cause I got new rims and upgraded to pirelli's bc they offered wider rubber.

How would these compare to a set of Michelin performance tires?

I've got 20,xxx miles on a set of them, and I'll be getting more when these are gone! (still a lot left, too!) Try performance plus tire in Long Beach, Ca as a vendor. I've had Toyo's and these are a lot quieter, didn't keep the car long enough with the Toyo's to tell ablout milage, sorry.
