New Tires - where to buy for the best price?

My apologies for the newbish question, but with these tires (Yokohoma S drives 245/40/19 front and 275/35/19 rears) would anything additional need to be added? I'm unsure if the stock rims will be enough for these specific tires or would I need inserts like others have mentioned?
