Maybe its been said before, but have you checked your camber adjustments? Maybe your wheels are over-adjusted for camber, so its rubbing the lining more. I was on h.techs which i'm pretty sure are lower than eibachs, and i don't rub at all.
I have 1.4 driver rear and 1.4 passenger rear camber settings, with like .2 or something toe.

I have Eibachs, iForged, and Yokohamas, like you.
The rubbing is because of the square tire wall of Yokos and your offset, not the springs. What did you tell your vendor about the offset you want? You may have gone too aggressive.
Also, did you get an alignment? That's pretty important too.

Thanks for all the replies. I think I found out the problem, its when I put people in the back seat is when I rub.. or when I hit big dips.. other then that.. with the 2 front seats filled, I don't really rub that much. I might trim the lining part that comes down since I'm almost sure thats where it rubs.
