PSA: DO NOT use aftermarket lugs on OEM G37 wheels.
Just to let everyone on the forum know, using aftermarket lug nuts on the OEM G37 wheels is a very bad idea. For some reason the holes on the OEM wheels are much wider than aftermarket lugs. The tapered ends on lugs like the Project Kics R40's that I had are too small and will get stuck in the wheels and be almost impossible to remove once they are installed. The OEM lug nuts are much wider, and are made to fit the holes on the OEM wheels, only use those!!!!
I thought I was the only one who had the problem, but other people on G35nyc also ran into this problem. At first I thought it was caused by me over tightening the lugs, but it seems to be a much bigger problem.

I had no idea that putting aftermarket lugs on stock wheels was a bad idea.

If I had not adjusted my coils the day after I put these lug nuts on, I would have had no idea they were the wrong size. I actually had to break them to get them to come off of the wheel.

Aftermarket wheels are made to take aftermarket lugs, you should have no problem.
Mabe they are larger than the lugs I used, still be careful!
I had project Kic's R40 neo-chrome, they are almost the same size/shape as the Volks.
I will post sime pics of the OEM VS. aftermarket to show people what the problem is.
