IMO, it's also a great tire for the price.
yup kumho spt would be my choice. their treadlife is ridiculous. i drove with them for like 10k miles and the front looks basically brand new, the "estra" lettering was still visible like new. the rear looked brand new too. i got a set of 245/40 275/35 for 700 shipped.

A tire that gets no love and sometimes gets some hate is the General Exclaim UHP. I still have a set on my Maxima and I'm impressed with them performance wise. They are not at the top of the heap, but they are really cheap compared to most performance tires and they have been holding up pretty well. Better than I expected.

So to summarize, it seems like people agreen that the best bang for the buck tire for daily driving is the Yokohama S-Drives, correct?

Ive been on falken fk452's on my last 2 sets of rims, about 2 years. I love em. Have drove with rediculous neg camber and didnt have to bad of uneven wear. They last a long time, relatively quiet, and pretty good grip. And the best part is they streeeetchh.

Ive been thinking about switching it up for the next set to the Yokohama S.drives cause ive been hearing GREAT things from alot of members and theyre a little cheaper too. The only thing making me second guess the decision is from what ive seen they dont stretch too well, and i LOVE the stretch.

For Falken Tires, I ususally hit up www.vulcantire.com , but after thorough research, I found Discount Tire Direct EBAY DIVISION to be CHEAPER. Log into ebay, type in what size tire tire and model of tire. For Example: "245/35/20 Falken 452" You can view prices there, but I just called the phone number they have list for EBAY department. A seperate department answers those sales and they are rediciously cheap! No Tax and Free shipping, no purchase of warrenties needed. Let me know how it goes for you. If you dont see the tire on ebay , just call them, they have it. It took 3 business days for it to arrive at my door.DOMO

Just drove back from the Tire Shop and put a deposit for my Vossen 084's in 20"! I have 2-3 days to think about what tire to get. The tire shop guy was HIGHLY recommending the Falken FK 452's as well over the rest for best value. It seems like a lot of you guys have had great luck with it as well. Emil, where can you get the Falken's for that cheap?

I don't see why you would get those (especially when they're an "unknown" brand) when you can get the FK452s for roughly the same price.
