I'm happy for Vossen, for their rims are sick, and the prices are so affordable for 20 inch rims. You can't beat that.

Just don't go back to the shop where you bought your Vossen. They misrepesented this company and they don't know how to take care of their customers. They should have contacted the right person right away, and the issues would have been solve.
And whoever your shop contacted in Vossen, Vossen should fire that person.
