Question Will 245/30-F 285/25-R throw off my speedometer?

Hey guys I'm going to be running 245/30-20 in the front and 285/25-20 in the rear for my new rims. I've been here rumors that running 285/25-20 in the rear could throw off my speedometer? Any truth to this? Has anyone ran this setup with before? Thanks in advance!

yes it will throw it off your speedometer by 4.1 percent. If you speedo is at 60 MPH you are actually traveling at 57.5 MPH I know Wezbian is running those size tires on his G37S, so the only issue would be is that your speedo will be off..

Yeah I think 285/30 is fine, but 285/25 throws off the speedo. However, the problem is my car is dropped on H&R and 285/30 might not fit or rub.

After redlude, jeff, and myself confirmed that for you, you still had to make this thread?

I think your best bet is 275/30-20 to be honest. I've had both the 285/30 and now the 275/30 and I'm much happier with the 275.
