Volk RE30 Limited Edition mounted with Nitto Invo's
Finally was able to get my Limited Edition RE30's with Nitto Invo's installed on my G37S. I Love the new wheels, they are super light weight, and I notice when driving with them on that there is less hesitation when I punch it. My 3 Piece Sevas were heavy as hell, and I would always feel a bit of hesitation when I punched it from a stop, or if I was slowing down, and then punching it. In some angles the RE30's do look smaller than 19" wheels. I think it's because of how the lip is a little tapered on them, and also how the spokes taper in towards the inside, not to mention the contrast between the formula silver color, and polished lip. The Nitto Invo tires look really MEATY on this car, this is largely due to the sidewalls not having much going on, on them. They are very plain looking. I know a few people were going with 255/35/19 and 285/30/19 on these wheels, but I wanted to be closer to the rolling diameter of the stock wheels so I went with 255/40/19 and 285/35/19. The rear is very flush to the wheel well, I do rub a little in the rear when taking really hard turns, and when I hit dips in the road. The Neato Invo Tires are the quietest tires I have ever rode on. I can't believe how much road noise these tires are able to tune out. I really love how they grip too. I need some more time with them, because the sidewalls do feel a little soft when taking hard turns, but from what I have heard they need to be broken in. I am really happy with these new wheels and tires. Thanks Lou at Amplified Motor Sports for hooking me up.
My car is dropped on Tanabe NF210 Springs
RE30's are 19x9 38mm offset 19x10 35mm offset
Wheels look great but those FAT FAT tires make them look like 18s.... you shouldve went with 245 and 275.... They look great on mine and mine dont look like 18s (see my pic)... but damn you did get the best lightwieght volks money can buy! Props bro!!!
For whateva reason they look different than every other time i ve seen them. maybe it s typo but are you sayin you have 19s tires mounted on 20s wheels?

Thanks Max, damn you car looks good with the RE30's. Yeah, when these tires wear through I'm going to go 245/275 or go with 255/285 and just go 5 less on the sidewalls. Did you stick with 40/35 for your sidewalls on your 19's? or did you go 35/30? I know Da Hashi went with 35/30 for his sidewalls.

My bad man. I am coming from 20" wheels, so I am use to typing 20 something...LOL...Gonna miss my Sevas, but they were a freaking HEADACHE!!!
My Tires are 245/40/19 and 275/35/19 ... you should def. hit these sizes up when your done...
Thanks Max, yeah, my next set of tires will definitely be those sizes. Probably help eliminate the rubbing I am having in the rear too, since I won't be running such a wide tire in the back.
Yeah, I grinded the nut thingy that connects the rear bumper to the body, but havent trimmed the lining, I don't think its actually hitting the lining since I am only on tanabe's and it only drops the rear by .8 inches, but Finagle and I are gonna check it out sometime soon to see if that is the problem.
you wouldnt notice the different went 245 and 255 or 275 and 275. if you didnt want meaty tires, you should have went with a lower profile. 35/30 would have been what you were looking for.
