Haha, i did that too. Isn't it the one of the worst sounds/feelings in the world? I'm just glad i did it with the stock rims. i'd be devistated if i did it with new rims.

it should be repairable....the wheels are painted and there are companies that will repair that. I had a mobile wheel repair guy come out to my work and fix mine (it wasn not as bad as yours) He has a big truck with a paint booth in it. He sanded down the scratch and repainted the area and cleared it. He did a great job...there is a SLIGHT variation in color but only if its been pointed out to you...much better than a scratch imo. I think he charged me $75 cash--took him about 2 hours. well worth it

Well, I might as well join the club too. I bought my car on Friday, and managed to curb two of them the very same night in San Francisco. Parallel parking on the left side of the road has never been my strong suit. I literally had nightmares about it and was going to drop 6-700 the next day to buy two new wheels...

I curbed one of the wheels on my old 350Z.. not sure how/when.. just noticed it one day.. but the scratches on my front left quarter panel that are gonna cost $250 to respray.. well, that makes me forget all about wheel rash :/

i always end up curbing the wheels on my passenger side. it is a horrible feeling. kinda like a root canal. luckily for me though is that the goons who stole my 2 wheels grabbed the damaged passenger side ones. so i'll be good when my insurance claim goes through. still gotta pay that $500 deductable though..

yea and i know i know i never use em but i was at a popular hwy and going to a killer sweet town on the lake so i wanted a clean car and was in a rush to go skydiving, the wash pulls u through in neutral and nothing touches your car in theory but little did i know it would scuff my rim... and i talked to the manager and GM and they are not fixing or reimbursing me so i hate coop right now!DOMO
