Will this tire size (275/35-19) work on the OEM G37 rear wheels?

Quart runs that size I believe. Looks good. Be sure to swap your OEM rears to the front. May want to run spacers in the rear.

I just got a pretty decent price to pick up 4 brand new 275/35-19 Bridgestone RE750 locally and am trying to decide if i should pick them up and use them to replace the rears as they wear out.

I'll buy two of them off of you if the price is right. Shoot me a pm.

Sent you a PM. I probably will sell one set since it'll be a while before I go through both my OEM tires and 2 of the 4 new ones I buy.

Just had this done yesterday. Put the 245/40/19s up front and 273/35/19s in the rear, Re050a Pole Position. Looks a lot better and have 10mm spacers in the rear. I went with the exact setup as Quart, thanks to him, and the car looks a lot better, beefier all around. Good clearance in the rear even with the spacers so you don't have to worry about damaging your painted underside behind the wheels. IMO, the car should have had these size tires to begin with, the sidewalls are nice and flat too.

The ride is markedly different, with more road feel, noise . However, the grip is now ridiculous with ample grip. The steering is also slightly heavier which I like because IMO it was light before. there is a good hefty feel now.

Thumbs up for sure!

Throw up some pics! I like the sound of this setup. Where did you get the spacer? Any vibration at high speeds?

I have pictures but am not sure how to post pictures. If you do a search on Quart it looks exactly the same as his. We both have the same size tires and the same spacers.

For some reason I thought you were lowered. Would like to see this setup on a lowered G.

Could have used spacers, but it was lowered...
