i am almost certain that G37C use at least the same offset as the G35C.. possibly even lower than G35. ( i am talking about aftermarket rims)
which means 19 x 8 or 8.5 or 9 or 9.5 F with 20-35 offset depends on the width of the wheel
and
19x9.5 or 10 or 10.5 with 15-25 offset depends on the width.
same specs for 20"

so 43mm and 44 mm is the maximum offset that u can go...im new when it comes to wheels...if im plannin on buying wheels i should lok for wheels that have those offsets and nothing lower

Hard to say ... offset should be specified with wheel width. Another thing to consider is whether or not you are planning on lowering your car. The suspension geometry actually changes so what looks good on a lowered car will look bad on a NON lowered car.
