Do the AK-S come with extended lugs, or are they to be provided by others?

more information on these please. Truly hub centric?...or are rings required? Vibration-free guarantee?

They are hub-centric, and I have read quite a few positive reviews with no issues. However, I just got a set of 5mm for the fronts and am getting a steering wheel shimmy around 40-45 and above. Trying to resolve the issue with Akata.
Pulled them off today thinking that maybe they were tweaked a tiny bit during shipping. Might try to re-mount one more time tomorrow. If still remains we'll see how their customer service is.

This is back from the dead, but good info. Looking into 5mm or 10 spacers also that are hub centric.

There are a few sets in the classifieds. A full set of 5mm from VossenG37S.
