D-Plan Usage
My step-dad is eligible for the D-Plan of VPP but that is the one that says employee and legal spouse only. Does that mean my stepdad would have to be on the contract too?

You know what, it all depends on the dealer. When I used my VPP-D on my brother's Altima, I didn't need to be on the lease. Not sure cuz its Nissan instead of Infiniti, but they might be lenient.
Its only a car, jsut tell them its your dad's claim number and they should be cool. It never hurts to ask, right?
