After 3 months of waiting maby longer I finally received my Tanabe Y-Pipe! This was the last piece to Having my full Tanabe Catback! I just installed and I'm lovin it. Videos are I-Phone 4 Quality but I had to post! it's insane in person. Enjoy the video! here are some pics of the Y pipe/Mid-Pipe/Mufflers !
Best exhaust I ever owned on both 350z/G37 that includes Nismo/HKS-HI-POWER/Fast Int.
Tanabe Is pure Quality! I will never swap it for anything else.

Your video is private.
I was getting a quote on the components this afternoon. They are still pretty hard to come by. My dealer talked to them on the phone directly and they are out of stock on the mid pipe right now and don't expect them to be back until sometime is September. Probably. Maybe.
I was one of the first people to have the mufflers and I sold them a long time ago. I now regret it and I'm going to be buying the entire system again in the future. The quality and sound was second to none.
I was speaking to a Nissan Master Tech who has installed and tuned FI systems on the 350Z/370Z. It is one of his favorite exhausts. That includes Powerhouse Amuse and Top Secret. Pretty nice praise IMO. He said it definitely plays well with the GTM TT setup.

It's funny most of the WOT runs you did show off your stillen intakes more than the exhaust itself
How would you compare your current setup with the FI exhaust?
Only thing that plays well with a TT setup is a true dual IMO

Congrats, man... I'm glad you're happy with it. Very nice set-up.
Jeremy,
You are correct. A handful of these hit the states a couple weeks ago and they were spoken for within a few hours. I know Anthony, Diego, and I were three of the few who were able to ****** one up. I had ordered this y-pipe back in January when I ordered my Amuse. Due to an error, I received the mid-pipe instead [which is now installed on Anthony's (_ant_) G ]. Anyway, when they arrived stateside a couple weeks ago, my shop called me to confirm that I still wanted one. I was at work, so they left a voicemail on my cell. I called back within a half an hour and my buddy said, "I just assumed you still wanted it so I reserved one. Good thing, too, because they're all gone now." That was in the span of less than 45 minutes.
Anyway, mine will be mounted up to my Amuse R-Titan along with some MXP double-resonated test pipes in about a month or so.

Awesome little vid there Diego! LOL I see you tearing it up in front my house, my neighbors probably thing its me ROFL! There going to come over with pitch forks and torches
Whats so tempting about this exhaust is you can buy in segments which is more affordable than dropping the $1,500+ up front. Damn Diego I might have to get this, but I think I'll wait it out for the FI's.
Lets do a meet next week or following at TNT for sure!

Not according to one experienced guy who installs and tunes TT setups. He said he was actually very surprised at the gains it gave on a TT setup even compared to some true dual systems. I was rather surprised by that. This is on a 370Z, but it's exactly the same for the G.
I miss my Tanabe!
