Yes, either excess insurance coverage option covers everything but you. It covers your car, others cars, other people, and track damage. I don't know what the exact charge is for barrier damage but it and track clean-up is not cheap. Also, if you cause them to shutdown the track, I am sure some people would be upset with you.... Both of the cars I saw wreck were rental cars, and one probably did 30-40K in damage (the Suzuki Swift was totaled, he side-swiped a BMW Z3, took out 10 feet of barrier, and it took probably 30 minutes for a crew of 6-7 people to clean up).
