reason why im not hating is bc hyundai does this w. every car... theyve made cars that LOOK like lexus' infiniti's etc... they have nothing on us. and btw http://www.gencoupe.com/general-disc...upe-stuff.html is bs. i see a rivalry about to happen w. these little hyundai genesis'... always remember at the end of the day its just a hyundai. lol

Yeah I saw that bout a week ago and just laughed to myself. On the real though, they have a nice car to be excited about. It doesn't matter if they compare it to the G or not. Time and testing will tell if indeed it is better or not that the G. Either way I'm keeping mine coz i've been saving since the concept came out to get it and it was well worth the wait I'm sure those who buy the Genesis will just as happy with their car than we are with ours.

Remember, this is how HONDA started, without the (motorcycle of course), they are up and coming, they also stand behind their product, just look at their warranty! I still wouldn't buy one. I love my "G"

I was told by a salesman the intent is for Genesis to become the higher end division of Hyundai....like Infiniti is to Nissan.
A lot of people still feel Infiniti is inferior because it is essentially, a Nissan. I don't. I like Nissan/Infiniti, Toyota/Lexus, Honda/Acura and now Hyandai with it Genesis sedan and coupes.
In fact, Hyundai stands behind their cars with a better warranty than anyone else. That means the quality is there and they know it, so they cover it. If I were to buy a Genesis, I would definitely change the badging...they have Genesis emblems to replace the Hyundai thing.
