Id love to know what all he said.... English version or captioned version anywhere?
Seems like the IS-F wins a strait by 2.5 cars?
but the Coupe makes up for it in the handleing....

funny...i would have thought the IS-F would have killed the G37 in the 1/4 by more, that looked more like the difference between a 335i and G37...maybe the murder would be more brutal from a roll?

I dont get how this is even a comparison. Is-F vs G37? Not even same price range.

Why don't they compare new GT-R vs IS-F

That would be LOL

For some reason when I clicked on the link the other day the vid wouldn't play. Today I was able to watch it.

Some key points I remember: It basically focused on the "FR" throughout the clip which is Front engine, Rear drive. Tsuchiya said he sticks with FR, steer with front, push with rear, it's natural. He liked styling of G37 especially the rear but commented on its weight, 180KG heavier than Z. He disliked the 4 tail pipes of ISF.

G37- he said great brakes, stopping power. He felt VTC kick in as soon as the front tried to slip. Heavy but a nice car.

ISF- called BMW M killer. “Feels good; may want to compete with BMW; lots of torque.” But half way through the circuit he started to change his opinion on the driving feel. Tsuchiya said it’s about how you feel. At the end he chose BMW over ISF. He questioned whether Toyota tested with the driver that knows “FR.” He still feels BMW and Mercedes know how to make FR that is Luxurious.

They were in no way comparing the two cars against each other. It was his first impression of both cars.
