*sigh* yup its true. Not so sure it'll make it into the north american market (i know its a requirement atleast in canada to have amber reflectors up front).. hence why you also see many "euro" (clear) corners on the market. Wont be a cheap swap either..

here we go with my friend Tat again.... tat looking nothing like amber he is a person not a color.... stop looking at people and putting them into color catagories... not cool.. lol jk. looks good. I'm all over a set. I am not a fan of the little holes i have from removeing the amber. and the pieces i have made have not been working too well..

another option may be to contact a manufacturer about making some clear reflectors and let us install them ourselves.

but a car manufacturer will do whatever is cheaper. so all amber it is. .
but... yea anything is possible, and it will be no time before someone starts selling euro lights.
the new tt and a5/s5 audi guys have sources that import the euro lights for them.

The law requires the lighting to illuminate amber, not for the housing, bulb or anything else to be amber. A clear lens with an amber bulb is 100% legal in all 50 states, not sure about Canada.
Some misguided police may cite you for it, but it will get thrown out as long as the reflector is not red in front and it illuminates amber.
